ANAX Developments has been named Residential Developer of the Year at the inaugural Gulf Business Real Estate Summit & Awards 2026, held at Palazzo Versace Dubai on May 15, as the company continues to expand its footprint across Dubai’s fast-evolving property market.
The award formed part of the wider Gulf Business Real Estate Summit & Awards 2026, which brought together developers, investors, consultants and senior industry leaders from across the GCC to discuss the future of the sector amid shifting market dynamics, growing investor demand and continued innovation across real estate.
Receiving the award on behalf of the company were Raja Alameddine, CEO of ANAX Developments, and Ravi Bhirani, Managing Director of ANAX Developments.
